Job Description
This is a Full Time position, working at our Sandy Bay store. If you have previous experience working in retail or organising stock we would love to hear from you! As a Grocery Team Member , you will ensure our store looks beautiful by keeping each aisle well stocked, neat, tidy and organised. You'll offer customers welcoming and attentive service, by answering any questions they have and offering assistance if required. You will also work with your team to receive and organise stock deliveries. You will need: A friendly attitude and good communication skills A love of working with food and people (colleagues and customers) Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction The ability to follow company procedures and regulations (particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety) Ongoing daytime availability for at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. (Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs). The 2024 - 2025 base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are: Full time Weekdays $25.65 Saturday $32.06 Sunday $38.48 Casual Weekdays $32.06 Saturday $38.48 Sunday $44.89 Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
