A little about the role: the Leading Hand is responsible for materials, tools, equipment, vehicles and plant in the employee’s use and used by others under your supervision. Essential Criteria: 3+ years' experience in similar role and/or relevant qualification in Horticulture, Irrigation Current valid HR Licence White Card OCHRE Card Current National Police Clearance Ability to pass Fit for Work Assessment Desirable: Current First Aid Certificate Small Engines Qualification What you will bring: The ability to work to timeframes and deadlines A commitment to a quality finish Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict Excellent communication skills Good understanding of safe work practice Understanding of how to care for tools and equipment If you're looking for a role to utilise your skillset while providing a quality service with an organisation that empowers you to do so, hit the "Apply" button now.
