Why this role matters We’re making an investment in organisational capability to meet the complex and evolving needs of our trans-Tasman business—and it all begins with finding the right person to design, drive, and champion this exciting agenda in this newly created role of Group Capability Manager. This isn’t just an HR initiative—it’s a strategic priority for our ELT and the business, laying the foundation for long-term success. Partnering with our Leadership Team and People & Transformation Director, you’ll shape and deliver both a long-term approach and some actionable programs to support leadership development and capability across UCC Coffee ANZ. Your Focus This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines—it’s about stepping in, leading from the front, rolling up your sleeves to do the thinking, the execution, and the ongoing support that drives lasting impact. You’ll be a forward thinker, act boldly, and take ownership of initiatives that elevate leadership, capability, and culture. You will be required to take responsibility, not only for the capability program but also lead the pre-existing ANZ people cycle activities in the areas of Performance (Objectives and Reviews), Rem and Incentives, and Engagement. In addition to this, you will also take the lead on our People Tech program where you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the business with the introduction of our new HR people tech systems over the next few years. What’s on the horizon: Lead the design and delivery of capability plans that will set the business up for success in the areas of leadership development and broader focus areas for capability building. From identifying gaps to embedding practical and scalable learning solutions into our business, you’ll create a framework that drives lasting change. Collaborate closely with the People and Transformation team and leaders to co-create change and capability initiatives in line with the business plans and needs. Lead, alongside the People and Transformation Business Partners and Advisors, our annual people process activities, driving continuous improvement along the way. Lead the People Tech project to drive digital capability for our People and Transformation Team and wider leaders and employees. Your Profile You’re a leader with the skills and drive to transform organisational capability. With senior HR experience and strong experience in L&D or OD, your reputation for understanding and driving meaningful change in a practical and impactful way that supports the goals of the business. Your ability to inspire buy-in and align diverse stakeholders sets you apart, and your collaborative style ensures initiatives are embedded strongly across the business. You bring expertise in managing change processes, embedding DEI, and leveraging technology to create accessible, scalable solutions. This role goes beyond strategy and plans—it’s about fostering growth, both for individuals and the business as a whole. If you're someone who finds pride and fulfillment in empowering leaders to thrive and succeed because of the strong foundations you've made, we encourage you to apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
