An exciting opportunity has become available for a Facilities Manager to oversee our portfolio of 30 venues! The Role: Reporting to the COO, as Group Facilities Manager, your role will oversee all aspects of building maintenance and management across our portfolio of 30 venues. You will be responsible for maintaining safe, functional and welcoming environments for both staff and guests. This is a pivotal role, ensuring all properties are compliant with health and safety regulations, well-maintained, and meet the expectations of our customers. Based at Head Office, with regular site visits to venues, your role will include: Managing and coordinating all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all properties. Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value for money and high-quality service. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and fire safety regulations across all sites. Regularly inspect all properties, identifying areas for improvement and planning necessary upgrades or repairs. Coordinating and monitoring refurbishments, repairs, and general building works. Preparing and managing budgets for facilities-related expenditure. Handling emergency issues, such as equipment breakdowns or building-related incidents, quickly and efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Working with venue and head office teams with communication being the key! Previous experience managing the facilities for a large corporate complex or retail/hospitality groups will assist you in hitting the ground running, coupled with your exceptional knowledge of the trades & building industry.
