In the role of Group Finance and Reporting Analyst , you’ll be integral to the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality financial reporting, managing planning and budgeting processes, and providing insightful analysis to support key global function leaders. You'll play a key role in streamlining processes, handling complex tasks, and maintaining seamless communication within our global operations. Key Responsibilities Finance Reporting (Internal): Deliver timely and accurate internal reporting to relevant stakeholders and cost centre owners. Provide insightful analysis and assist with monthly reporting of key corporate entities. Planning and Budgeting: Design, implement, and action planning and budgeting requirements for head office functional leads and cost centre owners. Deliver summarised planning and budgeting reports in a timely manner. Insight Creation: Translate data into actionable insights and work closely with functions on process improvement. Finance Reporting (External): Assist with the preparation of group financial statements and provide technical advice and support for local statutory audit and reporting. Finance Reporting Enablement: Develop and maintain automated datasets, report packs, and provide reporting system support to end users. What You’ll Need To Bring We’re looking for a highly organized individual with a proven track record in providing exceptional financial reporting and managing complex tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with global IFRS financial accounting, multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction reporting, and financial analysis and modelling is required. You’ll Also Need Proven Experience: Solid experience in a finance support role, adept at managing competing demands and providing high-level assistance. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams. Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools; experience with Oracle EPM and other reporting systems is advantageous.
