We are looking for a dedicated coach to join our team as we continue to evolve. ABOUT OUR TEAM Our coaches are an integral part of each and everything that we do – from making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studio, to motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through our workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones. Our coaches are knowledgeable in guiding our members in the use of our state-of-the-art heart rate technology whilst using their knowledge, skills, and abilities to always teach safe and effective exercise and use their great personalities to make our studio the best training experience anywhere! The successful applicant should be passionate about coaching and always seek to bring out the best in our amazing members. Our new coach will be someone who works hard and understands what it takes to be a great coach. We are after someone with group fitness experience, with the ability to teach correct technique across strength and conditioning exercises. Someone that understands the importance of attention to detail, correct technique, who can modify movements when required, and who understands the science behind why we do what we do at BFT. ABOUT BFT Body Fit Training is Australia's most advanced group training methodology and was recently awarded as the APAC Franchise of the Year. We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow our coaches to spend more time concentrating on our members, while the screens direct the traffic! ABOUT THE ROLE: You'll need some flexibility to work across a range of shifts. Our weekday shifts range from 4.45am - 10.30am and 4.15pm – 7:15pm. Saturdays 5:45am - 10.30am. This will be offered as either a casual role or part-time, with career progression opportunities. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Min Cert III required + First Aid + CPR 18+ months group fitness experience required A true passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals The ability to lead and assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs Confidence in educating members about BFT programming, exercise regressions, and progressions Help in maintaining a high standard of studio presentation, including daily equipment set up and pack down Good time management and organisational skills Experience in instructing strength and conditioning programs is required.
