A fast growing Facilities Management Service Provider is seeking a strong HSE leader to manage their compliance systems, ISO accreditations and team of HSE Advisors.The ideal candidate will be astrategic professional who is comfortable being onsite when required - someone with presence, gravitas and excellent HSE knowledge, who is confident meeting with stakeholders and clients as well as training and supervising a team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures Liaising with Site Managers and Clients to ensure that HSEQ standards are continually met Develop and maintain site specific safety initiatives & continuous improvement Lead the safety culture on site through ongoing communication and consultation with the site management Be the Lead investigator for incident investigations Conduct scheduled site audits and risk assessments Statistical reporting of HSE impacts – collating data for reports Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Program Develop safety training Skills and Experience for success:Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads Strong technical and administrative skills 5+ years in a similar management role Remote site management experience High level of communication skills, both verbal and written Internal auditor experience Training skills and experience A genuine passion for HSE This role offers excellent long term career opportunities, a competitive salary, and a supportive executive leadership team.*Full working rights in Australia required#J-18808-Ljbffr
