We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Group Inventory Manager to join our team. The Group Inventory Manager will be part of the Operations Team and liaise with other departments as necessary. Core responsibilities include vendor management, liaising with operations team to ensure adequate stock levels, collating and analysing data relating to stock to ensure the accuracy of stock. Responsibilities & Duties Develop stock knowledge in all aspects of Emerald Park’s procurement categories to include raw & finished materials, packaging, retail/private label merchandise/products, consumables, equipment & facilities. Ensure inventory levels are adequate for projected sales levels on an ongoing basis. Ensure all inventory locations/outlets are adequately stocked at all times. Lead regular inventory management meetings, liaising with all relevant departments to ensure all stock records are accurate. Ensure compliance to HACCP & other regulatory requirements for inventory handling & storage. Review & approval of inventory adjustments. Accountable for upkeep of warehouse & stock locations with regular storage checks. Liaise regularly with vendors, maintaining good professional relationships. Oversee systems that ensure accurate entry of all goods-in, returns, inter-brand transfers and other stock movements. Production of slow-moving stock reports, monitor BBD & effective stock rotation system. Co-ordinate inbound logistics operations and introduce process improvements. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of inventory management to ensure lean & robust processes, budget control and adequate storage locations. Co-ordinate the stock taking procedures monthly & relevant reports. Point of contact for stock related periodic & annual external auditors. Essential Criteria Proven track record in supply chain management. Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-moving environment. Ability to work across teams providing guidance and direction regarding all areas of stock management. Highly motivated with strong communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines. On site role with flexible working hours. Desirable Criteria Experience of working within a visitor attraction or similar venue. Experience working with wholesale & distribution-based sales businesses.
