Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is the state’s major tertiary/quaternary hospital in the southern metropolitan region, offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine. We provide over 71,000 meals a month to our patients at this site. Fremantle Hospital (FH) is a 336-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality care of the elderly as well as mental health, rehabilitation, surgical and medical services. There are plans to grow the hospital soon, increasing the capacity of its mental health services by another 40 beds. Fiona Stanley Cockburn Health (FSHCH) is a new 75-bed facility focusing on women’s mental health. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Group Manager Food Services FSFHG to join our team and take our services to new levels of quality and excellence. The Group Manager Food Services (GMFS) is to provide an enhanced level of expertise and support to Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG) sites with a focus on strategic development and leadership of the Food Services to deliver an improved patient experience. The position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality Food Services in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and developing the Food Services Leadership Team through coaching and mentoring. The GMFS will create, implement and review FSFHG Food Services policies, procedures and guidelines at the operational level to ensure required objectives are achieved.
