The role We are seeking an experienced leader to step into the newly established role of Group Manager, Transformation Office within our Digital and Transformation Division. In this pivotal role, you will drive South East Water's transformation journey, guiding our mission to become a fully digital, future ready organisation. You will lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of transformative projects and initiatives, shaping the way we work across the entire business! Reporting to the General Manager, Digital and Transformation, you will work closely with the executive team to develop governance frameworks and systems that ensure the successful delivery of large scale, complex projects. Your leadership and strategic influence will play a crucial role in evolving the Transformation Office and bringing meaningful change to life. To be considered for this position, you will have experience in a leadership role in a medium to large sized organisation and possess skills in the following areas: Strong experience leading and establishing an enterprise transformation function with the ability to deliver high calibre results at a senior level. Demonstrated history of strong people management skills, including leading a broad range of technical and business resources. Significant experience in transformation, ePMO and large project delivery (both digital and/or non-digital projects). Demonstrated ability to realise the benefits associated with Transformation programs. Experience in influencing organisational culture and aligning cross-business teams. What's in it for you?
