Job Description We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional to the position of Group Project Manager within our Redevelopment team. In this full-time role, based out of our Corporate Office in Richmond, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategically driven projects and report into the Group Manager Redevelopment. You will make an impact by: Successfully managing multiple capital works projects within agreed program and budget requirements Managing key internal stakeholder relationships Overseeing consultant and contractor procurement Taking accountability for project financial management (including project budget and delivery, project cash flow and forecasting, monitoring and performance reporting) To be successful in this role… You will require exceptional leadership skills and have a high standard of integrity. You will be able to demonstrate building a culture of trust and high performance. You will be proven as a major contributor at a senior level and will have a demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement and best practice. You will have: Relevant tertiary Property and/or Construction Degree and Project Management/Development Management experience. Minimum 5 years successful experience in the direct management of a large and diverse range of building related capitals works contracts. Previous experience in Healthcare desirable.
