About the Role The Group Property Delivery Contract Administrator is responsible for leading the contract administration and management of Group Property Delivery contracts. This role is pivotal in minimizing risk and enhancing Group Property risk management and operational performance. Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: Permanent, Full-time What will your day look like? In this role, you will: Ensure that Group Property Delivery contracts with our vendors and suppliers are proactively managed and administered, maintaining a spirit of partnership, while aligning with contract terms and conditions. Work collaboratively with ANZ Delivery and other ANZ teams to help ensure that contracts support project and operational delivery in line with approved budgets and schedules. Oversee and support effective supplier and ANZ stakeholder management, maintaining consistent, clear and concise communications. Assist with provision of professional advice on contracting models, and commercial pricing based on your strong working knowledge of Australian property and construction markets. Develop strong Group Property process documentation, manuals and templates in conjunction with Group Property teams as related to Delivery and Operational contracts. Review and assist with the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, in line with ANZ Group policies (including Procurement policies) with current and potential future vendors. Monitor Delivery contract performance and ensure supplier and ANZ compliance with all contract requirements. Assist with resolution of contract issues and disputes in a collaborative manner. Maintain accurate records of all contract related documents and communications. Proactively contribute to risk and issue identification, mitigation and management, as they relate to Group Property contracts. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge and skill-building. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction industry with a strong knowledge of commercial contract administration. Experience in translating business requirements into contract outcomes. Understanding of the complexity of how a similar corporation of stature operates. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; including strong planning and prioritisation skills, including identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Detail oriented with strong organisational skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction or corporate real estate related field. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
