About the role Reporting to the Group Quality Assurance Manager, the Group Quality Auditor/QMS Specialist will be responsible for: Ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed on quality matters through feedback, reporting and highlighting any issues not being addressed appropriately. Assisting with the continued establishment and management of the Group Quality Management System. Assisting with technical authoring of procedure manuals. Working with the Group Quality Assurance Manager on the preparation and implementation of the quality audit program. Preparing post-audit reports, including raising findings and observations and assisting the responsible person to ensure they are addressed within the agreed timeframe. Monitoring closure findings raised and escalating them if not closed out in accordance to agreed timeframes. Conducting external audits and assisting with coordination and participation in third-party audits. Updating and maintaining manual and electronic audit records. To be successful in this role Previous experience in a similar role. Previous aviation industry experience is essential. Knowledge and understanding of the regulations and standards applicable to the aviation industry. Analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal). Understanding of risk management principles and techniques to support the QMS. Ability to obtain an ASIC. Experience with Air Maestro is desirable.
