Apply now Job no: 502678Work type: Fixed Term - Full TimeLocation: MelbourneCategories: Science & Technology Based at our Southbank head office 12-Month Fixed Term Cover Your Impact This is an exciting opportunity for a Group Senior Manager - Quality Systems to join our Southbank Office on a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract . Reporting into the Group Head of Technical Services, this role will lead our central food safety and quality system governance programs. Additionally, you will be accountable for the strategy and execution of the Asahi Way Quality Management System to meet internal & external food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of central food safety & quality system process standards for HACCP and pre-requisite programs including document control, internal audits, training, change management, complaints handling and quality KPI reporting (internal & external) Contribute and guide continuous improvement initiatives through the further development of Quality Systems procedures Conduct and review site internal audits Present reporting and data insights on a monthly basis Coordinate the relevant external audit food safety & quality compliance programs Work closely with site quality systems to support corrective & preventative action management Ensure external and customer food safety & quality standards against the Asahi quality management system meet requirements Drive quality KPI improvement through Quality Management systems Asahi business processes & tools Connect with stakeholders across Supply Chain, including some visits to our manufacturing sites About You Tertiary qualified in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline Demonstrated achievements in a Quality Systems role with strong experience in ISO standards, HACCP and PRPs Well-developed skills in Continuous Improvement Systems Prior Quality experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG) Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with all levels of the organisation Strong computer literacy and the ability to prepare well-articulated and insightful reporting (utilising Excel, Power BI, etc.) Intimate knowledge of current GFSI standards (ie SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
