Responsibilities As Groups, Meetings and Events Executive, you will support and coordinate all things related to these business segments by working closely with the events team and other departments. Reporting to the Cluster Groups, Meetings and Events Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are the following, but not limited to: Customer service and the event ambassador and point of contact Handle Event, Conference and Meeting administration and management Organise Groups and Accommodation reservation Client management and business development including clients meet and greet and site inspections Quality Assurance Internal and external stakeholders' liaison Profitability and achieving sales targets About You Have full Australian Working Rights and preferably is physically in WA Previous experience with groups, conference and event sales and coordination Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with great attention to detail Great salesmanship with a passion for success Ability to work under pressure at all times, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management or another relevant business field would be advantageous WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON!
