The Role As the Growth & Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the organisation's market share across several sectors, with a primary focus on the provision of Income Protection/Accident & Health insurance to the construction industry. This will include: Managing both direct and indirect customers, including (local) distributors and partnerships Developing and maintaining commercial relationships, driving sales growth and increasing market penetration Working closely with distributors to ensure effective representation and sales of products, providing necessary support and resources to optimise their performance Acting as an ambassador for the company, promoting its services and values to a broader audience Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Delivering associated reporting to the Executive team What You'll Need In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following: Proven experience in sales management/business development, particularly in managing distributor relationships 2+ years' experience in the insurance sector Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills Highly developed interpersonal skills with a strong track record of building and maintaining commercial relationships A customer-focused approach to service delivery, with an understanding of different user needs In return, our client is offering a competitive salary based upon experience, along with a range of exciting employee benefits.
