We're looking for a Growth Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth at EatFirst. ROLE OVERVIEW: As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy for growing our customer base while maximizing lifetime value. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, using data-driven insights to develop and execute innovative growth initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: User Acquisition Optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and user journeys to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with agencies to execute campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels. User Retention & Revenue Growth Design and execute email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns to engage and retain existing customers (Using Customer.io). Analyze user behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Implement customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and promotions to drive repeat purchases. Conduct A/B tests to optimize acquisition and retention strategies. Analyze campaign performance and user data to identify growth opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product and design teams to improve the user experience and increase engagement. Partner with sales and customer success teams to align growth strategies with business objectives. Drive feedback loops between marketing, product, and operations to iterate on successful strategies. KEY METRICS YOU'LL OWN: Acquisition: New account sign-ups and first-time orders. Engagement: Active user growth and user retention rates. Revenue: Revenue growth from new and existing accounts. Efficiency: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience & Skills 3+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role (experience in B2B or marketplaces is a plus). Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., Customer.io, CRM’s, Segment). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc.). Demonstrated success in running growth experiments and validating them with data. Bonus: Experience with SQL or basic coding for data analysis. Personal attributes Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to solving problems. Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
