Growth Marketer (Contract Role) At Spacetalk , we believe in creating innovative technology that enhances safety and connectivity across all ages . As a leader in family-safety technology , we are looking for a talented Growth Marketer (Contract Role) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven and creative marketing professional who can develop and execute high-impact growth strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify and test new growth opportunities, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum ROI. Leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to scale customer reach and improve conversions. Campaign & Performance Marketing Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, including paid media, social, email, and SEO. Develop conversion-focused content to engage and retain customers. Track and optimize ad spend, campaign performance, and key growth KPIs. Customer Journey & Lifecycle Optimization Improve customer acquisition funnels, from awareness to conversion. Optimize website and landing pages for better engagement and conversion rates. Develop email and marketing automation flows to drive customer loyalty and repeat engagement. Data & Insights-Driven Growth Analyze campaign data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies. Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, creative, and user experience. Report on key performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations. Collaboration & Project Management Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives. Manage projects within the contract period to ensure timely and successful delivery. Requirements Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Strong background in paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing. Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, user journey optimization, and customer segmentation.
