Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Growth Marketer to supercharge customer acquisition and help grow Smokeball’s reach. In this role, you’ll craft and execute high-impact paid and organic strategies that turn signups into devoted, engaged customers. You’ll be at the forefront of optimising conversion funnels, launching data-driven campaigns, and driving sustainable growth, making a real difference in how we scale. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive B2B performance marketing strategy across paid social, SEM, SEO, YouTube, and display channels. Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurture flows to maximize conversion rates. Partner with internal channel experts to ensure strategies are executed successfully, capturing learnings for continuous optimization. Manage external agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve key performance metrics (Google and Bing advertising). Experiment with innovative growth tactics to scale acquisition and drive revenue. Provide regular insights and updates to stakeholders on performance marketing impact, including opportunities for growth. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, with proven success managing paid social, SEM, SEO, YouTube, and display campaigns. Deep understanding of B2B buying behaviours and experience managing multi-market, multi-audience campaigns. Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agency partnerships. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, embracing experimentation, and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively to senior stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. What’s in it for you?
