You’ll own paid and organic growth strategies , optimize conversion funnels, and execute lifecycle marketing and marketing automation to turn signups into frequent loyal customers for all customer types – parents and suppliers. You’ll work closely with our digital agency for performance marketing while ensuring all campaigns are data-driven and focused on sustainable growth. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across product, data and operations to steer prioritization, connect and segment data and measure performance of activity. Key Responsibilities: Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Own the customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention Architect and refine the marketing automation flows and customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, onsite messages, and other channels Execute email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns to reduce churn and drive utilization Partner with product, ops and data to design a robust, omni-channel segmentation strategy across all customer types Prioritize cross-functional initiatives to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience across all touchpoints Use data insights to personalize the customer experience at every touchpoint. Acquisition Marketing (supported by a Digital Agency) Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid search, social, SEO, content, and referrals). Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurture flows. Work with the digital agency to manage paid media budgets and performance KPIs. Experiment with growth tactics to scale acquisition. Analytics & Optimization Measure campaign performance and continuously A/B test messaging and journeys Report on key growth metrics with insights Work with the digital agency to ensure efficiency in paid marketing spend . In conjunction with the Growth Leader, contribute to designing the vision of Flexischools’ marketing technology stack to ensure that our tools and processes are optimized for retention and utilization. Manage data integrity, deliverability, and compliance across all automated communications. What You’ll Bring: 4+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing and automation, performance marketing Marketplace or technology business an advantage Hands-on experience in customer platforms like Active Campaign an advantage Experience with paid media, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hands-on experience with Google, Meta and LinkedIn) Ability to stakeholder manage and articulate requirements to technology teams Comfortable balancing big picture and being hands-on in a small team Data-driven with A/B testing and funnel optimization experience Ability to prioritize and collaborate well with agencies and internal teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
