Guard Rail Installer/Construction Labourer Protected Edge Guard Rail is a commercial Guard Rail installation company operating for over five years, specializing in providing temporary safety rail across both domestic and commercial sites in Victoria. A new position has arisen seeking a leading hand or a team leader to run a team of 2-3. We are looking for someone with experience in the industry, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Guard Rail Industry. We are looking for Guard Rail Installers or Construction Labourers to join our team in Tullamarine and our growing workload. Qualifications & Experience Experience with guard rail, scaffolding, working at heights or trades is essential. Construction white card (or willing to obtain). Working with children's check (or willing to obtain). Over 11 m boom ticket (or willing to obtain). Current Australian Drivers Licence. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team. Professional and safety-focused mindset. Physically fit to carry out manual handling tasks. Working at Heights training is favorable. Tasks & Responsibilities Completing multiple installations and dismantles of temporary roof edge protection on a daily basis. Safely handle and transport rail materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site. Competitive compensation, commensurate with your experience and skills. Truck supplied - no costs for the truck. Materials and power tools supplied. Skill development, opportunity for ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and expertise in guard rail systems. Join a collaborative, committed high energy team delivering high quality service. Full time hours, Monday to Friday. Typically 8 hour days.
