Job Description You will be responsible for: Ensuring that clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff, other areas, and departments. Attending to all guest enquiries and requests in a helpful, professional, warm, and friendly manner. Ensuring that the Guest Relations Desk is not left unattended at any time whilst on duty. Acquiring, through training provided, a complete knowledge of all policies as set down by the hotel that relate specifically to Guest Relations. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Written and verbal communication skills in English. High quality in guest relations. Able to use MS Office programs. Additional Information Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a plus.
