We are now looking for a Guest Service Agent All Rounder to join our team, deliver exceptional service, and make a lasting impact on our guests' stays.Job Description As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their stay by offering warm, friendly service from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, handling guest requests with ease, and working closely with other teams to exceed expectations. Your proactive approach to anticipating guest needs will help create memorable experiences.Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences while prioritizing guest satisfaction Promote Accor’s loyalty program and meet enrollment goals Maximize occupancy and revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Operate phone systems efficiently and assist with portering duties as needed Deliver personalized service that ensures an exceptional guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in a Front Office role in a hotel setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus Strong service orientation with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
