About The Role Duties will include but are not limited to: Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and Stakeholders. Quoting availability and rates to our customers and responding to general enquiries by phone and email. Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy. Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts. Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation. Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest. The sale of third-party products and merchandise as required. Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience within the hospitality industry. Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle financial transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Heaps of enthusiasm and a positive attitude. A high standard of personal presentation.
