As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the person guests rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home. You’ll need ambition, talent, and key skills. What we need from you 1 year of previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services related role. Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or a Hospitality related field preferred. Experience using Opera Property Management System is highly regarded. Literate and tech-savvy – a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computers is necessary. Articulate – a great communicator who is warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Fluent in the local language; extra language skills would be great, but not essential. Savvy problem-solving skills that will turn potential issues into opportunities. Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards. Fitness – ability to be on your feet most of the day, with bending and kneeling; occasionally lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 23 kg. A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines. Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster – nights, weekends, and public holiday shifts are part of the job. Must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
