Job Description Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team on a Part Time basis. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly and providing them with an efficient check-in and check-out process. You will be required to work a range of shifts across a 24-hour roster. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude. You will ideally have knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems. You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain a high standard of personal presentation, and your enthusiasm to provide our guests with outstanding service will allow you to stand out from the rest.
