Located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Turtle Beach Resort is currently seeking multiple experienced workers who are motivated and committed to providing exceptional service. Employment Status: Casual Hours Available Per Week: Approx. 25 - 35 hours On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include: Operation of PMS i.e. Property Management System (Currently utilising REI Cloud). Support guest queries and action, as required. Process guest arrivals and departures. Input bookings. Attend to daily emails. Balance EFTPOS and banking at end of shift. Troubleshoot guest complaints, where required. Maintain communication with relevant departments e.g. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Activities, Administration etc. Personal Specifications Professional presentation and work ethic. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Efficient understanding of Microsoft Office programs and functions. Ability to operate property management system. Ability to work morning and night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster. Team focused with the ability to work autonomously. About Us: Turtle Beach Resort Turtle Beach Resort is one of the largest, privately owned, family-orientated holiday resorts on the Gold Coast. This award-winning resort has been in continuous operation for over 15 years. Situated within 400 metres of Mermaid Beach, right on the Gold Coast Highway, the Resort is set in beautiful tropical gardens teeming with wildlife and a whole range of holiday activities. These include 6 pools, a full-size tennis court, the amazing Splash Zone waterpark, kids cinema, guest BBQ's and a 'putt putt' golf course around the grounds, in addition to a licensed onsite restaurant and convenience store.
