What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Guest Services Ambassador to enhance workplace experiences for our global technologies client. Overview of the role: Provide superior customer service at reception Manage visitor check-ins and access card issuance Maintain pristine condition of reception and meeting spaces Coordinate room setups, A/V services, and supplies for meetings Handle phone operations and mail/courier deliveries Assist with procurement and vendor management Support facilities team with operational and financial tasks Sound like you?
