Job Description

As a Guest Services Associate, you will support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers, and visitors in our commercial buildings, ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. Provide an outstanding colleague and customer experience. Be an ambassador of the NAB brand and embody our customer obsessed values. Apply your customer service passion in a professional environment within the Banking sector. In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional colleague and customer experience in every interaction across a range of on-site workplace services (e.g. concierge, events, etc). Ensure smooth running of daily activities and touch points within one or more of these focus areas: access pass management, VIP and visitor management, mail management, lockers, storage, meeting room and event management, tenancy floor checks and carpark management. Actively listen to colleagues and visitors, making every interaction seamless, effective, and efficient. Oversee the allocation of work of other Guest Service Advisors and provide direction as required. Proactively monitor risk in all aspects of your role. What you’ll bring: Strong reception or hospitality / customer service background. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks with operational awareness. Able to demonstrate strategic thinking to problem solving. Commitment to customer and colleague service excellence.
