Customer Service | Winter Our Thredbo Sales Support Assistants are here to assist guests with enquiries on Lift Passes, Rentals, Lessons and Programs as well as general resort information in person, over the phone, via email and online chat functionalities. This role requires a strong customer focus and the ability to provide accurate, in-depth and tailored information for each guest. High levels of organisation, work ethic and time management will be necessary to meet role expectations. You must always ensure accuracy within this fast-paced and rapidly evolving department. The Sales Support Team is dynamic and versatile with varied operating procedures employed daily. About the Role Welcome guests to the resort and provide a seamless sales process for the guest and offer recommendations for Thredbo lift passes, rentals, lessons and tour offerings. Promote Thredbo marketing events and special offers. Assist guests with real-time navigation of the Thredbo online shop to support efficient sales. Resolve guest issues through effective problem solving. Demonstrate cash handling skills and EFTPOS processing experience. Provide accurate and sound information when responding to guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person. About You Experience in tourism-based customer service or information desk. Skills in the RTP operation system. Previous resort experience is desirable. Experience in retail cash handling. Experience in the standard suite of Office software systems.
