Guidewire Business Analyst - Billing Center As a Guidewire Billing Center Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and conducting requirements workshops, creating detailed documentation, and acting as a liaison between functional leads, development teams, and support teams. You will support UAT sessions, production releases, and work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Your expertise in the Guidewire Suite, particularly Billing Center, and your knowledge of the insurance business and integrations will be crucial. You will also need strong skills in agile methodologies, user story creation, and defect-ticketing software. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize requirements for sprints, demonstrate Guidewire Billing Center product demos, and provide solutions. Conduct requirements workshops with business SMEs. Create user stories, use cases, functional requirements, wireframes, and system flow diagrams. Analyse the impact of business process changes on technical requirements. Clarify requirements for the development team. Act as a liaison between functional leads, development teams, and support teams. Support UAT sessions and production releases. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure accurate and comprehensive test cases. To apply for this Guidewire Billing Center Business Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: Expert knowledge of Guidewire Suite, especially Billing Center, with ACE Certification in Billing Center desired. Understanding of insurance business functional areas and GW solutions, with relevant certifications. Experience in core billing functions such as invoicing, payments, disbursements, and delinquencies. Knowledge of financial transactions and general ledger. Knowledge of integrations with internal and external applications. Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies. Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and wireframes. Experience with defect-ticketing software (e.g., Rally, JIRA). Ability to negotiate consensus among departments with conflicting requirements.
