Become a key member of our dynamic sales team at One Strength PTY LTD as a Gym Sales Representative. In this full-time role based in Bathurst, NSW 2795, you will be responsible for driving new sales, building relationships with potential customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our thriving fitness business. There is huge potential for this role to turn into a management position if the individual is looking to expand their career into management. For the right applicant, we would consider a part-time or casual position. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their fitness and wellness goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Deliver informative and compelling presentations to promote our gym memberships and programmes. Achieve and exceed sales targets through a proactive and customer-centric approach. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to inform future campaigns. Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. General facility upkeep. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns. Enthusiasm for health and fitness, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently to achieve targets.
