As a Gym Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into members by engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, conducting tours, and nurturing leads through exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone with a warm, positive, and genuine personality—someone who is driven, energetic, and truly enjoys connecting with people. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively reach out to potential members, understand their fitness goals, and recommend tailored membership options. Conduct engaging and informative gym tours, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities, expert trainers, and extensive class offerings. Build rapport and trust with leads, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the membership process with confidence. Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive new member acquisitions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospective member interactions. Contribute to the overall success of the gym by fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all members. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry. A natural ability to connect with people, build relationships, and create a positive impression. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Familiarity with sales techniques, lead nurturing, and CRM tools is a plus. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
