H3 Strategic Partnership Project Officer Employment type: Full time, Fixed term until March 2026 Remuneration: Band 7 salary from $112,427.64 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO Location: Werribee based with potential for a hybrid work arrangement About the role As the H3 Strategic Partnership Project Officer, you will support the Wyndham H3 Alliance, an alliance of health, housing and homelessness organisations in Wyndham working together to deliver and improve housing and homelessness services and options in Wyndham. Funded by the State Government, this role actively engages with stakeholders across government, businesses and our community to coordinate responses that support people in vulnerable situations and facing hardship. Working within the Social Policy Unit, this role will work strategically and collaboratively with key stakeholders to bring together local resources, community input and data and evidence to grow the capacity of the service system to address the existing gaps in service provision and creatively respond to new local issues as they emerge. What your day will look like Provide strategic and operational advice that enable collaboration and joint advocacy on issues that affect homelessness. Oversee the coordination and delivery of the Wyndham H3 Alliance partnership with key stakeholders. Respond to local issues and actively engage with stakeholders to make the most of the expertise of local organisations and people. Ensure that the views of people who have experienced homelessness are influential in decision-making and advocacy efforts. Develop strategic documents based on local data and evidence that describe the impact of collaboration among local services. What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in public policy, social sciences, community development or related disciplines, with several years’ experience in project management. In-depth knowledge of the current policy landscape affecting health, housing, and homelessness. Proven ability to build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across government, business and community. Vast experience in developing social policies and planning responses, with a proven track record in creating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating public policies alongside multiple stakeholders.
