About This Role: As a member of the senior leadership team reporting to the Executive General Manager—Commissioned Services, the Head of Program Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping WAPHA's healthcare commissioning and implementation. The position leads and supports the end-to-end program management across the commissioning cycle, from strategic planning through to evaluation, driving service integration and co-designing innovative solutions to improve health outcomes. You will lead the implementation of program plans aligned to program strategy and 3-year vision, convene specialised forums and develop innovative projects that respond to local needs, enhance service integration, and reduce care fragmentation. About You: We seek an accomplished senior leader with extensive mental health program / operational management experience to take on this strategic role. The successful candidate will bring a proven record of stakeholder engagement across the mental health sector, including State Government agencies, alongside demonstrated service and system integration success. You will be known for driving innovation and continuous improvement, building collaborative partnerships, and delivering meaningful outcomes in complex healthcare environments. A track record of leveraging data analytics to enhance service delivery and strengthen stakeholder engagement, ensuring measurable improvements in program effectiveness, will be critical to your success.
