Seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the team based in Henderson. Site Administrator Southern Region Location: Bunbury WA Hours of Work: Monday to Friday Competitive salary based on experience About the Company Our client is a leading global provider of environmental solutions, delivering innovative and sustainable services across waste, water, and energy management. They specialize in optimizing resource management while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. With operations spanning across multiple industries, they play a crucial role in supporting infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Australia. About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Site Administrator to join a dynamic team in the Southern Region. Reporting to the Site Administration Supervisor Southern Region (Industrials), this role provides vital administrative support across payroll, purchasing, invoicing, and document management. This position offers the opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive team, with career development opportunities and exposure to a fast-paced industrial environment. If you have strong administrative experience and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities Process payroll data entry & validation for company payroll staff and contingent workforce. Assist with revenue capture and job costing for customer invoicing. Handle purchasing and ensure accurate cost capture. Maintain training records and ensure compliance requirements are met. Provide Plant Maintenance Admin support as required. Assist with Accounts Payable processes. Manage document handling and archiving. Oversee general office administration including stationery and PPE stock levels. About You A team player with a sense of humour and strong interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Able to take initiative and effectively problem-solve. Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement. Comfortable adapting to new systems and processes. Strong communication skills (phone and video calls), with the ability to engage with various stakeholders, including Operators, Supervisors, Managers, and Admin teams across multiple locations. Willing to proactively liaise with the operations team, resolving issues efficiently. Skills & Experience Required: Administrative experience (essential). Spreadsheet knowledge (desirable). Purchasing experience (desirable).
