About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Carer Peer Support Worker Level 2, Year 1-4 (MP32 - MP35) Part time ongoing to join the HOPE Program within Northern Health Mental Health Division. Located in South Morang. The Hospital Outreach Post Suicide Program (HOPE) is a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians, Psycho-social Support Workers and Carer/Consumer Peer Support Workers and Consultant Psychiatrist. HOPE program collaboratively delivers up to 12 weeks practical support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique social, economic, historical and environmental factors that have contributed to, or continue to contribute to, a consumer’s suicidality.
