We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Analytics and Projects Specialist to join the People, Safety and Culture team to perform a range of HR analytics, reporting and Organisational Development initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager Employee Experience, this role will ensure that HR data is accurate and meaningful, and works closely with other teams to deliver reporting needs and key projects to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with real impact. The success of this role will be measured by; Creation and maintenance of HR dashboards, which will include: Employee Snapshot, Positions Landscape, Annual Leave balance etc. Provide the development and enhancement of standardised reports in the HRIS reporting suite to enable people leaders and functional leads to self-service via SuccessFactors. Provide data and analytics on custom reporting requirements and cyclical activities, including HR metrics, diversity data, labour reporting, payroll data etc. Project management of key OD and Employee Experience projects such as engagement surveys, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives and business change projects. Assistance with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting. It is an exciting time to join the Opal Team as we continue to lead and grow as a Packaging Solution provider. Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have; University degree in HR, Commerce or related discipline. Demonstrated and strong expertise in HR analytics, developing reporting and dashboards with experience in supporting reward processes. Demonstrated experience working with SuccessFactors or any other Enterprise HR solution. Advanced competency in MS Excel with sound analytical skills with previous experience in reporting analytics. Ability to apply discretion and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive information and issues. Resilience, plenty of energy and lots of enthusiasm.
