Title: Assistant Manager, HR (Faculty Recruitment) Working Location: Pioneer Contract: 1 Year Extendable Contract Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 We are helping our client (Education Sector) to search a candidate for an Assistant Manager, Faculty Recruitment to support the hiring of faculty members across various Colleges. This role involves managing administrative processes, coordinating faculty searches, and ensuring recruitment objectives are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities Faculty Search Coordination Assist the School HR Business Partner in liaising with Deans, Chairs, and School Search Committees (SSC) to oversee recruitment activities. Track and monitor faculty search progress to meet hiring deadlines. Search Initiation Work with Deans and Chairs to establish and appoint SSCs. Secure approval for recruitment-related expenses. Draft job descriptions and coordinate with HR Shared Services to post job listings on internal and external platforms. Shortlisting & Candidate Evaluation Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to collect CVs and relevant documents. Manage reference requests and maintain records of SSC evaluations. Arrange campus visits and interviews for top candidates. Review search reports to ensure compliance with university policies. Compile necessary documentation for submission with the search report. Approval & Selection Process Prepare reports on selected candidates for review by Chairs and Deans. Obtain final approvals from key stakeholders. Collate and submit required dossiers for the University's approval process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in HR or administration, preferably in an academic setting. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
