The Role: We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our supportive team for a 12-month parental leave contract. Based in Sydney, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy across retail operations, warehouse, wholesale, and support office teams. As part of a close-knit HR team, you’ll work on a diverse range of activities, including: Employee relations case management. Learning and development initiatives. Talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational design. Embedding our culture and values. Supporting system and process improvements. About you: You’re a people-focused HR professional ready to make an impact! Whether you're a seasoned Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step or an HR Business Partner with 1-2 years of experience, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table: A natural people person with a talent for quickly building trusting and meaningful relationships. Strong ER case management skills, including experience with FWC conciliations. A solid understanding of modern awards and IR frameworks. Experience with the General Retail Industry Award is preferred but not essential. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the business – from frontline workers to managers. Experience in project delivery and change management. Agility, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously. A collaborative, approachable nature and a genuine passion for people.
