This role is a fixed term role covering Maternity Leave. This role can be performed in Brisbane or the Gold Coast in Queensland. Reporting to one of our HR/IR Managers, you will deliver high quality strategic partnering to stakeholders. You will coach stakeholders to lift and develop capability. You will also be responsible for supporting the IR/ER strategy and provide strong IR/ER strategic advice. The role will support the achievement of KONE’s business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the business. You will support KONE’s EVP and assist in driving employee engagement, attraction and retention. What you will be doing Capability Coaching and Development – Provide coaching and leadership to stakeholders to elevate capability, support employee development and succession planning, and upskill stakeholders through providing strong partnering, advice and training. IR/ER – Coach and support managers in IR matters in a highly unionised environment, such as EA negotiations, performance management and investigations, interpretation of legislation, policies and procedures, and relevant EA as well as day-to-day matters. Support and enable strategy setting with relevant stakeholders. Culture - Facilitate the delivery of culture and engagement processes and programs that lifts people capability and drives values. Talent Management – Support and enable EVP, support Talent Team to attract relevant candidates. Support initiatives to retain relevant employees. Performance and Reward - Support Teams in the service delivery. Organizational Development and Workforce Planning - Support organization design, advise on best practice and support workforce planning initiatives. Change management – Drive and support change management practices and projects. Identify supporting projects, initiates and change, including the creation of change management plan and all relevant communications. Help support innovation. Analyst - Report on people metrics, providing the business with insights and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. HR Administration - e.g. support the HR Services Team in administrative HR tasks and services including Workday and System administration. Wellbeing, health and safety - Support and drive a safety culture. Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards. Who we’re looking for? Previous experience in HR/IR partnering role in a blue-collar environment. Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or similar. Demonstrated experience in partnering with leaders to develop and lift capability. Sound experience in IR in a unionised environment. What do we offer? Great benefits and remuneration – Base + super.
