HR & Enrolments Administrative Assistant - Part Time Educational Support Staff This is an exciting time to join St Michael’s Grammar School as we strengthen and enhance our Enrolments and Human Resources functions to better support our school community. We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and highly organised administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. About You: You are a personable and adaptable team player who communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally. You have a problem-solving mindset, are tech-savvy, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software. About the Role: You will provide essential support to the Human Resources and Enrolments team, ensuring the smooth facilitation of recruitment, selection, induction, and enrolment processes. Responsibilities include: Coordinate recruitment, selection, and induction processes with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare and administer employment contracts with accuracy. Manage enrolment administration from parent enquiries to student enrolments and scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with established processes. Collaborate with the HR and Enrolments teams, helping where needed. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Enrolments. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office-related software. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
