We are expanding our Face-to-Face Team in Sydney and are seeking an ER / IR specialist to join the team. The Face-to-Face team is a high touch point team with our clients. This is a role that you really can make your own by building strong relationships with our clients due to the complexity of their business. Within this role you'll join a cornerstone team for those Clients who are operating within an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) environment which can encompass drafting of amendments to the EBA through to submissions. What You'll Do: Be the Specialist: Draft, review, and advise clients on Enterprise Agreement submissions. Educate & Engage: Conduct seminars, webinars, and employee meetings on EBA-related matters. Guide Clients: Navigate complex EBA landscapes. Build Strong Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for our clients, providing expert guidance and support. Who You Are: EBA Pro: Previous experience with Enterprise Agreement Bargaining and Drafting is preferred. HR & Law Savvy: Deep understanding of Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act and relevant awards. Passionate Educator: Thrives on educating and engaging with small business owners. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Ideally you will be degree qualified in HR, Law or have relevant working experience as an ER Professional and/or Union Delegate. What are some of our Peninsula Perks?
