What might your days look like As the Team Lead – HR Implementations & CX Training, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8+ specialists, ensuring their success through clear direction, strategic support, and hands-on guidance. Your expertise in Payroll and HR systems, along with their connected workflows, will be essential in optimising system performance and enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team members are equipped to meet key objectives while continuously improving processes. You'll play a vital role in driving collaboration between teams, providing mentorship, and adapting to evolving business needs. While leadership is your primary focus, you may also take on 1-3 projects to stay connected to the work, gaining firsthand insight into challenges and opportunities. This hands-on approach will enhance your ability to guide, support, and drive impactful outcomes. As part of a growing and evolving team, you’ll work closely with leadership to refine processes, manage change, and contribute to the strategic direction of HR Implementations and CX Training. Your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead with agility will be key to success in this dynamic environment. As our Team Lead – HR Implementations & CX Training, you will be responsible for; Project Delivery: Working with the other Team Leaders on the distribution of projects among the team, taking into consideration their strengths and workload capacity. Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure smooth operation and communication within EH and with clients. Identify and address resource constraints or needs that may hinder the team's success. Assist with troubleshooting and client queries & escalations, and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery. Acting as the 1st escalation point for client issues. Act as the SME on HR projects based on HR best practice (when actively working on a project). Facilitate the development of CX training programs to enhance client interactions. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. Maintain training documentation, reports, and performance tracking. Team Management: Manage and coach direct reports, this includes identifying skill gaps, providing coaching and mentorship, and facilitating learning opportunities. Provide assistance and guidance on customer requirements or issues that occur in the project and/or training delivery. Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and recognising outstanding contributions. Conversely addressing any performance issues promptly and providing constructive feedback. Ensuring your team understands their role and responsibility and meet performance targets. Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture that encourages open communication, trust, and mutual respect. Facilitate team meetings, ensuring they are productive, inclusive, and focused on achieving objectives. Encouraging brainstorming, problem-solving, and decision-making within the team. Complete team reporting and status updates. Subject Matter Expertise: Have an understanding of ANZ HR/Payroll legislation and our system capabilities for both regions. Ensure the data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current. Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards within the team. Innovation & Process Improvement: Responsible for overseeing specific projects or initiatives related to your subject matter area. Ensure that projects or initiatives are completed on time and within scope, and that they meet the EH goals. Constantly review and improve our delivery processes, analyze issues, propose solutions, and collaborate in decisions that align with the EH goals. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth and contribute to the development of long-term strategies. Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with other Team Leaders, teams and departments. Foster collaboration to achieve the EH objectives. Be able to convey complex information to team members and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Address conflicts and issues within the team, promoting a harmonious working environment. Requirements: 5+ years of HR implementations and/or Customer Training delivery experience. 3+ years of managing a team, preferably with some experience managing a remote team. Proficiency in training tools, LMS platforms, and performance tracking systems. High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management. Proven ability to identify and solve complex issues. This includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and collaborating to implement effective solutions.
