HR MANAGER For Commencement May 2025 or by negotiation Lake Joondalup Baptist College (LJBC) is a welcoming and diverse community where students and families connect to grow and enjoy a strong sense of belonging. Located in the heart of Joondalup, the vibrant, modern campus has been home to students from Pre Kindy to Year 12 for over 30 years. LJBC has become a thriving school community with 240 staff working together to provide PK-12 coeducational education to over 1400 students. The role of the HR manager is to maintain and enhance the College’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices. They manage and oversee the Administrative and Services Team across all sub-schools enabling them to carry out tasks effectively and establishing effective communications and team structure to ensure the team maintains a high level of professional and timely service. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of HR Manager. The successful applicant will be a dynamic and collaborative team player with high levels of organisational skill and multi-tasking ability.
