Job Description

The Company: This highly successful not for profit organisation focuses on delivering support and resources to children in need to achieve social inclusion and awareness. The Position: Due to internal changes, we are seeking a suitably experienced and committed candidate to join their team on an initial 2 month basis. This is a generalist position encompassing all aspects of HR.***Must have WWC & Police Check.*** The Responsibilities: Reporting to the CFO, it is imperative that you possess the ability to manage all aspects of HR as you will be working in this stand-alone position. Manage the Talent Acquisition program. Manage all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies. Work with managers regarding performance management. Manage all IR/ER processes. Support the business training and development initiatives. Assist in project-based work. Other duties as required. The Requirements: To be successful in this position you must possess: Strong proven experience in a similar role. Hold a current Police Check and WWC. Strong experience across all aspects of HR. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with Employment Hero (a definite advantage).
