HR will shortly implement a centralised Supplier Hub for HR, within the Business Solutions CoE team and will provide a deep level of supplier expertise to HR’s business. This will allow HR’s business owners to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable and relevant insights, and able to confidently, quickly, and easily take actions that reflect the behaviour we need to manage suppliers within HR. Do work that matters: HR has a range of high to low risk suppliers, and you will support business owners in managing the supplier through the lifecycle from onboarding, in-life management and offboarding. Through this, we will: Deliver SME knowledge, innovation, assurance & controls to mitigate risk, ensuring we safeguard the Group as a result. Have a strong focus on customer service & compliance to the Bank’s Supplier Lifecycle Policy and Procedures. Act as the interface between suppliers and the business, navigating contractual and operational challenges, establishing regular meetings with key stakeholders and maintaining supplier due diligence and compliance activities for multiple categories. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with suppliers and build positive working relationships with business stakeholders. Have broad supply chain experience and knowledge (technical, systems and tools). Working in a Centre of Excellence, the Supplier Hub will have commitment to continuous improvement, supplier diversity, a motivated attitude, and be results-oriented. You’ll need a good understanding of risk and compliance management, have sound interpersonal skills and be a quick learner. We're looking for people who have: The ability to perform contract management functions including input into scope writing, supplier relationship management, contract performance, governance and risk management. Can perform contract reporting and analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate operational and contractual review meetings with suppliers. Monitor and report on supplier operational and contractual performance using the Banks’ performance framework. Manage ongoing supplier due diligence and compliance activities.
