This role is based in Adelaide and requires an Australian Citizen due to the nature of the work. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required. About You: Proven experience in HR and Talent Acquisition roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Australian Citizenship is a must due to the nature of the work. Experience in Government / Defense highly regarded.
