The role Pymble Ladies’ College is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Presiding Officer for the 2025 HSC examinations. This role entails overseeing student examination processes, including setup, administration and compliance supervision. The HSC Presiding Officer is a casual position responsible directly to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). Applicants must be available onsite during and around the following dates: 16 October 2025 – 10 November 2025. Minimum Requirements 18 years and over Willingness and ability to effectively manage students and a team of supervisors Be well-organised and have exceptional attention to detail Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment Access to a vehicle (car) with comprehensive insurance to transport exam papers No connection with students sitting the 2025 HSC at Pymble Ladies' College or any other school in NSW Not recently employed by Pymble Ladies' College (paid or volunteer) Not be involved with tutoring of students sitting the 2025 HSC Computer literate with an intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) Your kind of workplace Pymble people are at the heart of what the College offers its students.
