Supporting AGL’s corporate functions , you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to support safe, healthy and sustainable workplaces for a cohort of over 2000 people based at our corporate offices. What you’ll be doing Share and promote HSE best practice with corporate business units, through effective communication and engagement. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements enterprise wide. Utilise data to identify trends, driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices. Provide information for internal and external reporting, including monthly Corporate HSE reports. Support ongoing improvement in HSE performance, governance, and risk management. Stay updated on legislative changes and communication of these enterprise wide. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver HSEW programs. Lead risk workshops, manage compliance, and participate in incident investigations. Provide education and coaching to leaders on HSEW matters. What you’ll bring to the role: Demonstrated experience in safety, environment or facilities management. Experience driving safety culture in an office/corporate environment. Knowledge of WHS legislation. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through coaching and partnering. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Experience managing incident investigations (desirable). Diploma level or above qualifications in a relevant discipline. Applications close 4 February.
